CEB Fitness Holdings operates five Anytime Fitness locations across Southeast Georgia, including multiple locations in Savannah, Pooler, Hinesville, and Brunswick. What You'll Own
Drive membership and personal training revenue
Build personal training draft to $7,500 within your first 6 months
Coach small group and personal training sessions with professionalism and energy
Lead from the front — selling, coaching, and setting the standard
Hold your team accountable to clear KPIs
Manage revenue, labor, and profitability levers
You are not behind a desk. You are on the floor, leading members and owning the numbers.
Compensation & Upside
$50,000 base salary
Milestone cash bonuses tied to revenue growth
Profit sharing once profitability thresholds are met
High performers consistently earn $65,000–$85,000+
Benefits include 2 weeks PTO, paid major holidays, 401(k) match up to 5%, free membership plus one for a spouse or friend.
Certification Path
Certification is preferred but not required at hire. You must already have a strong understanding of exercise fundamentals, functional movement patterns, and basic anatomy. You should be confident coaching proper form and leading sessions.
If you are strong in sales and leadership but not yet certified, we will sponsor your certification within 60 days. Drive and fitness fluency matter more than letters after your name. Some of our best coaches have come from outside the industry.
