INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE
We are currently looking for an experienced Industrial Maintenance Technician to join one of our manufacturing clients in Indianapolis.
We are looking for someone with hands-on experience troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial machinery and production equipment. This position is best suited for someone who is mechanically inclined, comfortable diagnosing equipment issues, and able to keep production machinery running safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshoot and repair industrial machinery and production equipment
- Complete preventive and routine maintenance on manufacturing equipment
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
- Repair or replace motors, bearings, belts, chains, sensors, and other machine components
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and work to get machines back into production
- Inspect machinery for wear, damage, or potential problems
- Complete machine adjustments and repairs as needed
- Use hand tools, power tools, and maintenance equipment to complete repairs
- Read basic equipment manuals, diagrams, schematics, or work instructions
Requirements:
- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing production machinery
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with electrical, pneumatic, and/or hydraulic systems
- Comfortable using hand and power tools

Pay: $25.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 60.0 per week
