Duties
- Greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting fashion styles they are seeking.
- Provide expert advice on putting outfits together with customer satisfaction.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately for transactions including cash handling and retail math calculations.
- Maintain organized shelves by stocking merchandise, merchandising displays, and managing inventory levels effectively.
- Process customer transactions efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service through clear communication skills.
- Support store merchandising efforts by arranging products attractively to promote sales of clothing, shoes & handbags.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure cleanliness, safety protocols, and a positive shopping environment.
Requirements
- Passion for fashion with a desire to share knowledge with customers.
- Strong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse communities.
- Previous retail experience or familiarity with POS systems, cashiering, or retail math is preferred but not required.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage stocking duties and maintain store presentation standards.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Knowledge of social media input is advantageous.
- A proactive attitude with strong customer service skills to create a welcoming shopping experience.
- Must have an energetic, fashion forward Sales Associate who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service.
- Must be genuine, friendly, outgoing, reliable and one who communicates professionally with customers at all times.
- Strong grammar, attention to detail and the ability to create a welcoming luxury-boutique experience are required.
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
