Following several retirements, we have a rare opening to join our highly respected anesthesia team.
You'll work alongside 20 CRNAs and 14 anesthesiologists in a supportive, collaborative group practice at a Level II hospital featuring 5 inpatient ORs and 4 outpatient ORs.

- OB (~200 deliveries per month)
- Flexible scheduling with 4-, 8-, 10-, and 12-hour shifts
- Average call rotation of just 3–4 night shifts and 2 weekend shifts every 8 weeks

What You'll Do
- Perform comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments
- Administer general, regional, spinal, and IV anesthesia
- Monitor patients throughout surgical procedures
- Collaborate with anesthesiologists and multidisciplinary care teams
- Perform procedures such as intubation and arterial line placement
- Educate patients and families
- Ensure safe transitions to post-anesthesia care
Qualifications
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited RN program
- Graduate of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
- Active California RN license
- California CRNA certification
- BLS & ACLS upon hire
- National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Preferred:
- OB experience or OB training as a new graduate
- Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills
- Team-oriented mindset
Compensation & Benefits
Annual Salary: $243,700 – $315,370, based on experience.
