And we’re looking for a talented storyteller to capture every smile transformation and inspiring life-changing journey our patients experience.
The Role
We’re hiring a creative, energetic Videographer & Content Creator to take full ownership of our visual storytelling. You’ll produce authentic, high-impact videos that beautifully showcase real patient transformations, our specialists’ expertise, the genuine care of our team, and the powerful emotional “wow” moments that make Smileloc truly different from traditional implant options.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and edit high-quality video content including:
- Patient before-and-after transformations and testimonials
- Doctor interviews & tech explainers (screws vs. Smileloc®, 48-hour workflow, Smilekey demo, etc.)
- Clinic tours, day-in-the-life, and behind-the-scenes at our centers
- Short-form social content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
- Longer YouTube videos
- Manage the full production process: concepting, filming (on-location and studio), lighting, audio, editing, graphics, and music selection.
- Collaborate closely with doctors, patients, and the marketing team to plan content calendars that support lead-generation goals.
- Optimize videos for each platform (SEO titles, thumbnails, captions, hashtags).
- Help with occasional photo shoots, live events, and ad creatives.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of professional videography/content creation experience (healthcare, medical, or lifestyle brand experience is a big plus).
- Strong portfolio showing both cinematic long-form and high-performing short-form social content.
- Expert-level skills in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop + Lightroom (DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut is a bonus).
- Proficiency shooting on mirrorless/DSLR cameras, gimbal, lighting kits, and wireless audio.
- Ability to direct patients & doctors and make people feel comfortable on camera.
- Passion for healthcare storytelling and genuine interest in helping people regain confidence through beautiful smiles.
- Self-starter who can work independently and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel locally between our Texas and Oklahoma City locations.
- Must be comfortable in a clinical environment and respect HIPAA/patient privacy at all times.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
