We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative who thrives on conversation, isn’t afraid of picking up the phone, and knows how to turn a cold call into a meaningful connection.
This isn’t about hard selling—it’s about building relationships, asking smart questions, and creating opportunities.
What You’ll Do
- Make high-volume outbound calls (100+ per day) to prospective clients
- Turn conversations into qualified meetings for the sales team
- Research and identify new companies to prospect
- Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated, accurate, and organized
- Educate potential clients on how we support their IT and cybersecurity needs
- Partner with sales and marketing to build a strong pipeline
What You Bring
- Experience with cold calling or outbound prospecting
- Confidence on the phone and ability to think on your feet
- Resilience—you don’t get discouraged by rejection
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Curiosity for technology and willingness to learn quickly
- Ability to navigate gatekeepers and reach decision-makers
- Interest in growing into a full sales role over time
