Jaytech, Inc. is hiring a Divisional Sales Manager. This sales management role involves promoting and selling chemical treatment products and water treatment equipment for boilers, chillers, and cooling towers. Previous experience in this field is a requirement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and close new business while servicing existing clients.
- Guide sales staff through the sales process and provide technical training.
- Collaborate with the sales director to achieve sales goals.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and contracts.
- Mentor sales staff and assist in maintaining accounts and divisional growth.
- Monitor field service reports, P&L statements, and sales activities of staff.
- Participate in marketing events and monthly travel within division.
Qualifications:
- College degree or equivalent experience – STEM field a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Boiler, Cooling Tower, Chiller Water Treatment or 10 years experience in Technical Sales.
- Industry Certification – Certified Water Technologist is a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft 365 and CRM.
- Ability to work remotely at customer locations at times
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
