Position Overview
The
Communications Liaison is the first point of contact for many of Zedcor's customers and employees. You will manage incoming communications through shared email inboxes and phone lines, coordinate requests between departments, and ensure every inquiry receives timely attention and follow-up. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications through shared email inboxes and phone systems.
- Respond to customer and employee inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
- Route requests to the appropriate departments, including Operations, Monitoring, Investigations, Sales, Billing, Technical Support, and other internal teams.
- Track requests from receipt through completion and ensure follow-up occurs as required.
- Escalate urgent matters to the appropriate teams.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer and internal requests.
- Provide status updates and communicate progress to customers and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure service standards are met and no request falls through the cracks.
- Identify recurring issues and opportunities for process improvement.

Schedule This position is part of a 24/7 operations environment and follows a rotating 4-on, 4-off schedule consisting of 12-hour shifts. Day and night shift opportunities may be available.
