Position Overview: As a Activity Director, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a comprehensive activities, and life-enrichment program that enhances the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive well-being of our residents. This role ensures that activities are meaningful, engaging, and aligned with residents' interests, abilities, and care plans.
Key Responsibilities:

You will plan and implement individual and group activities in your facility.

You will schedule events that promote physical, cognitive, social, and emotional health.

You will post monthly and weekly schedules through out the facility.

You will provide consistent supervision of activity aides, their duties, documentation and work habits.

You will direct the writing of facility newsletter.

Requirements:
Activity Director Preferred Qualifications:

Certified Activity Director certification
-
1 - 2 years experience as an activity director in long-term care facility

Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
