We like to create small teacher to student ratios for focused one on one learning and student growth. In this role, you will create a warm, engaging environment that promotes growth, curiosity, and development across all areas of childhood learning. Your passion for teaching young learners will help lay a strong foundation for their future success, fostering social-emotional skill through everyday learning.
Responsibilities
- Curriculum Implementation that serves educational growth
- Christian Education curriculum implementation (daily and weekly)
- Create a safe, inclusive classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and positive behavior management.
- Engage children in meaningful activities that support their social-emotional development, language acquisition, and cognitive growth.
- Follow and support state and school set regulation for students and teacher safety.
- Communication with families that support the students growth and experiences while at school.
- Experience
- Prior experience working with children is preferred but not required. A positive attitude and desire to learn will help the transition.
- Preferred but not required: Demonstrated knowledge of childhood development principles and effective classroom management strategies.
- Preferred but not required: Experience developing curriculum content across multiple domains including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and behavior management.
All applicants upon interviewing and acceptance will be background checked through the state. Applicants will be required to obtain First Aid and CPR training that is for Infants and adults. Opportunities of health insurance, Paid Time Off and vacations days available after probation period.
