Growing company in search of a full-time administrative assistant/receptionist.
This position requires someone that is a fast learner and who is friendly, positive, communicates well and has the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Must have experience in Microsoft Office. A real estate license and notary would be great, but not required. We are willing to train the right person.
Monday - Friday. A weekend may be necessary once in a while. Travel within a few hours occasionally throughout the year.

Responsibilities:
- Answer telephone calls.
- Manage email inbox.
- Greet and introduce guests and visitors.
- Answer inquiries from clients, vendors and managers.
- Gather and organize security pass requests, expense reports, and other forms.
- Manage requests for office supplies and facilities services.
- Learn our inhouse online auction platform program.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $21.75 per hour
