We are actively hiring an Sales Account Manager for our Van Nuys, CA office.
Shift: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM: Hybrid
Duties & Responsibilities

Be on the front line for custom packaging sales- ushering in VIP clients with a friendly welcome and serving as their key point of contact throughout the sales and ordering process

Meet (or exceed - we love it when that happens) all monthly sales growth targets, with new customers and your existing portfolio of accounts

Grow a portfolio of key business accounts, spreading the word about Digital Room’s custom printing capabilities

Keep an accurate record of customer correspondence in our CRM (HubSpot)

Use and analyze customer data to identify, create, and improve customer retention strategies and tactics
-
Maintain, update, and grow your sales pipeline consistently
-
Understand your account base and future opportunities to a point where you can accurately forecast upcoming deals and sales opportunities
-
Always be on the lookout for ways to improve our customer experience or processes, and don’t be afraid to share ideas with your team

And of course, drum up loads of enthusiasm and new business for Digital Room!
Qualifications
-
3+ years’ account manager experience, ideally in B2B, print and/or packaging.

A passion for meeting new people and providing first-rate customer service
-
Experienced and comfortable with proactive outreach and prospecting for new sales opportunities

A hunter by nature and somebody who loves to explore and ask key questions of customers to best learn what motivates them and drives them

Thrives in an environment where goals are set, monitored, and you are compensated for achievement and overachievement of those goals

An excellent track record of managing and growing a portfolio of existing accounts, and meeting and exceeding assigned sales targets

Comfortable with cross-selling and up-selling product lines with customers

Experienced in proactive and accurate forecasting and managing a sales pipeline

Highly organized and good at managing multiple lines of communication, always responding with a sense of urgency and proactively following up

Self-motivated and able to work independently with a hybrid/remote team

Excellent verbal and written communication skills (building rapport comes naturally to you)

Ace at solving difficult problems and coming up with helpful solutions for customers

Experience specifically in B2B sales and creating strong customer relationships

Experience working with CRM, Salesforce.com, HubSpot, etc.

Familiar with predictive analytics to forecast customer retention and identify buying patterns

Must live in Los Angeles, CA. area and be able to come into our Van Nuys office for a minimum of once/week
