Duties
- Greet guests with enthusiasm and provide prompt, friendly service during breakfast hours
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and cleanliness
- Assist with food handling, setup, and clearing tables to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Manage guest relations by addressing inquiries, special requests, and feedback professionally
- Maintain sanitation standards by adhering to food safety protocols and proper sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments preferred
- Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS is highly desirable
- Strong customer service skills with a positive, energetic attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation, and safety regulations in the food industry
- Experience with OpenTable or similar reservation platforms is a plus
- Fine dining or nightclub experience is advantageous but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours, including mornings and weekends as needed
