POSITION SUMMARY
LakeScape Landscape & Electric is hiring a highly organized, process-driven Administrative Operations Coordinator to improve accountability, communication, organization, and operational efficiency throughout the company.
This is not a receptionist position.
This is not a traditional administrative assistant position.
We are looking for someone who thrives on organization, follow-through, technology, communication, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate enjoys building systems, tracking details, solving problems, and ensuring commitments are completed.

WHY THIS ROLE EXISTS
- Improve operational efficiency and accountability
- Support ownership, estimating, project management, recurring maintenance, and electrical operations
- Maintain accurate information, reporting, and documentation
- Improve customer communication and project coordination
- Help build systems that allow the company to scale
WHAT YOU WILL OWN
Operations & Accountability
- Track action items, responsibilities, deadlines, and follow-through
- Maintain reporting, dashboards, and operational visibility
- Help ensure projects, people, and priorities stay on track
Proposal & System Administration
- Support estimating, proposal tracking, contract tracking, and deposit tracking
- Maintain LMN data, pricing, scheduling, and system accuracy
- Track change orders and key project documentation
Customer & Project Coordination
- Coordinate customer communication and scheduling
- Support project startup, project closeout, and documentation
- Maintain organized project records and communication history
Administrative & HR Support
- Support hiring, onboarding, employee records, and company documentation
- Assist with administrative coordination across departments
Technology & Process Improvement
- Utilize AI and technology tools to improve efficiency
- Help develop SOPs, workflows, and operational systems
- Identify opportunities to improve communication, accountability, and execution
SYSTEMS & DATA DISCIPLINE (REQUIRED)
Accurate information is critical to this role. You will be responsible for maintaining organized records, updating company systems, tracking operational information, and ensuring data remains accurate and current.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required
- Administrative, operations, project coordination, office management, or construction administration experience preferred
- Experience in landscaping, construction, electrical, or service industries preferred
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, project management, or estimating software preferred
- LMN experience is a plus but not required
- Valid driver's license required
