Full-Time Disposition Manager | Sales-Focused Real Estate Role

We are a real estate investment and wholesale company focused on finding single-family off-market properties that can be purchased at investor-friendly prices.
Position Overview:
We are looking for a motivated Disposition Manager to help market investment properties, grow our investor buyer list, and negotiate offers through closing. This role is ideal for someone with sales experience who enjoys building relationships, communicating with buyers, and closing deals.
Real estate experience is a plus, but it is not required. The ideal candidate has experience in a sales-related role, regardless of industry, and is confident with outreach, follow-up, and negotiations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain an active investor buyer list using social media, property data, cold outreach, and networking events.
- Cold call potential investor buyers to grow the buyer database.
- Reach out to the buyer list to generate interest in available properties.
- Attend property walkthroughs with investors when needed.
- Receive offers from buyers and negotiate with investors to secure the best terms.
- Communicate with investor buyers throughout the transaction process.
- Ensure buyers stay on track and have all required documents needed to close on time.
- Coordinate with the team to help move deals from contract to closing smoothly.
Ideal Candidate:
- Has experience in a sales-related role.
- Comfortable with cold calling, outreach, and follow-up.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Confident speaking with buyers and building relationships.
- Organized and able to manage multiple conversations and deals.
- Interested in learning more about real estate investing.
- Real estate industry experience is a plus, but not critical.
