Duties
- Assist in creating engaging social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Support the development and implementation of social media marketing campaigns to boost brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Conduct social listening to gather insights on customer preferences, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to produce visual content using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or other media editing tools.
- Help manage online reputation by responding to comments, messages, and reviews professionally and promptly.
- Support in analyzing digital marketing performance using Google Analytics and other marketing analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
Experience
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and content marketing strategies.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of SEO principles and digital marketing analytics is desirable.
- Strong written communication skills with an eye for proofreading and content writing.
- Enthusiastic learner with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently within a team environment.
