This is a part time position with roughly 15 - 25 hours a week available.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Manage and ensure adequate staffing levels
- Oversee payroll processing and ensure accuracy
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in nightly inventory management
- Implement sales strategies to drive retail sales and meet targets
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalation
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $21.50 per hour
