Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and assist them with check-in and check-out procedures for their pets
- Schedule appointments and manage the clinic’s calendar efficiently
- Collect and process payments
- Answer phone inquiries promptly, providing clear information about services and procedures
- Coordinate communication between veterinary staff and pet owners.
Experience
- Previous experience in the veterinary industry or reception field.
