Key Responsibilities:
- Manage engineering projects from concept through installation using internal and external resources.
- Support production and maintenance teams with process improvements and equipment reliability.
- Maintain and update mechanical/site drawings using AutoCAD.
- Provide technical support for plant facilities, cranes, compressors, utilities, buildings, roadways, and related equipment.
- Assist with root cause analysis, contractor safety, and project prioritization.
- Promote and enforce safety, environmental, and quality policies and procedures.
- Communicate effectively with production, maintenance, engineering, quality, purchasing, and management teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering required.
- Project management experience preferred.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and support multiple plant priorities.
- Maintenance or manufacturing environment experience preferred.
