- Support telemarketing efforts by promoting products or services effectively and ethically
- Document all interactions meticulously, including call details, survey responses, and data logs
Qualifications
- Multilingual abilities, with proficiency in at least two languages preferred
- Experience in market research or telemarketing is highly desirable
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with an emphasis on professional phone etiquette
