My Guy Northwoods Construction is a growing residential and light commercial construction company serving Northern Wisconsin. We take pride in quality craftsmanship, professionalism, and completing projects the right way. We’re looking for an experienced Carpenter Foreman who can lead crews, maintain high standards, and keep projects on schedule.
Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise carpentry crews on residential and light commercial projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans.
- Coordinate daily job site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule.
- Perform framing, siding, decks, roofing, finish carpentry, remodeling, and other construction tasks as needed.
- Train and mentor crew members.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards and building codes.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized job site.
- Communicate with homeowners, subcontractors, and management professionally.
- Track materials, equipment, and daily job progress.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of carpentry experience.
- Previous experience leading a crew or working as a foreman preferred.
- Strong knowledge of residential construction methods.
- Ability to read blueprints and solve problems in the field.
- Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in all weather conditions.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and committed to producing quality work.
