Responsibilities
- Efficiently wash dishes, glassware, utensils, and kitchen equipment following food safety sanitizing procedures
- Clear and reset tables promptly to maintain a clean and inviting dining space
- Assist with bussing tables by removing used dishes, silverware, and trash, ensuring smooth flow during service
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, dishwashing areas, and dining spaces through regular cleaning routines
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is preferred but not required; eagerness to learn is essential
- Experience with catering or banquet service is a plus but not mandatory
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
