Responsibilities

- Assist guests with food selections, answer questions about menu offerings, and provide friendly service
- Handle food handling responsibilities safely, adhering to all food safety regulations and guidelines
- Requirements
- Previous kitchen experience or food preparation background preferred but not required; a willingness to learn is essential
- Strong customer service skills with excellent communication and phone etiquette
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as cleaning and bussing tables
- Knowledge of food safety standards and proper handling techniques
- Hospitality or hotel experience is advantageous but not mandatory; enthusiasm for guest relations is key
- Ability to work early mornings or flexible shifts as needed to support breakfast service hours
