Position Overview
Trophy Windows is seeking an dependable experienced and motivated Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance department in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for overseeing equipment reliability, preventive maintenance programs, automation support, and ensure safe and efficient production operations.
This position is responsible for maintaining manufacturing equipment, production machinery, electrical systems, and facility infrastructure to ensure safe, reliable, and efficient operations while minimizing production downtime using a proactive approach to continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain industrial electrical systems.
- Maintain robotics and automated machinery
- Troubleshoot and resolve equipment and automation issues
- Support manufacturing operations to minimize downtime
- Coordinate maintenance activities with production leadership
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety, and LOTO procedures
- Support installation and startup of new equipment and automation systems
- Maintain maintenance records, downtime reporting, equipment issue tracking, and resolution documentation while ensuring overall department organization.
- Install and troubleshoot 12V, 120V, 208V, 240V, 277V, and 480V electrical systems.
- Maintain VFDs, motors, conveyors, compressors, industrial fans, and production equipment.
- Promote a culture of safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Three (3) years or more of industrial, manufacturing, commercial, or maintenance electrical experience preferred.
- Manufacturing or automated production, Robotics, experience preferred
- Knowledge of PLCs, motors, sensors, VFDs, robotics, pneumatic & Hydraulic systems pneumatics, and troubleshooting.
- Experience running preventive maintenance programs.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures.
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and lead in a fast-paced environment
- OSHA and safety compliance knowledge required.
- Texas Journeyman Electrician License (preferred but not required)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Schedule Expectations
- Full-time position
