Gates Legacy Group is seeking a professional and organized Remote Client Support & Scheduling Assistant to support our growing client services and administrative operations team.

We are looking for dependable individuals who can professionally communicate with clients, assist with appointment coordination, and maintain organized follow-up systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist with scheduling client consultations and appointments
- Send appointment reminders and follow-up communications
- Support client onboarding and administrative processes
- Maintain organized communication records and CRM updates
- Respond to client inquiries professionally and promptly
- Coordinate with leadership regarding scheduling updates and client needs
- Help maintain smooth day-to-day client communication operations
- Utilize communication and scheduling tools efficiently
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
- Reliable internet connection and computer access
- Customer service, administrative, or scheduling experience preferred
- Familiarity with CRM systems and scheduling tools is a plus
