We are seeking an Experienced HVAC/R Technician to service, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems. This role is ideal for a self‑motivated technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Check out some of what you'll do:
- Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial HVAC/R equipment
- Service RTUs, split systems, refrigeration units, and basic controls
- Perform preventive maintenance and emergency repairs
- Read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Document work accurately using mobile systems
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members
We are looking for professionals with:
Required
- 10+ years of HVAC/R field experience, preferably w/ larger tonnage systems
- EPA 608 Universal certification (required)
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills w/in commercial / industrial applications
- Experience with commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems
- Ability to work independently and participate in on-call rotation
Preferred
- NATE or other industry certifications
- Experience with boilers, chillers, VRF, or BAS controls
- Leadership or mentoring experience
