Maximum Level Lawn Care is looking for a dependable, hardworking Lawn Care Crew Lead who takes pride in quality work and enjoys working outdoors. We are a growing lawn and landscaping company serving the Acadiana area, and we're looking for someone who wants to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Lead and work alongside a lawn care crew to complete scheduled routes efficiently.
- Operate commercial lawn equipment safely and efficiently.
- Mow, trim, edge, and blow properties to company standards.
- Perform landscape maintenance, including weeding, mulching, shrub trimming, and cleanup.
- Ensure all work meets company quality standards before leaving each property.
- Load, unload, inspect, and maintain equipment.
- Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized.
- Communicate property concerns, equipment issues, and customer requests to management.
- Promote a safe, professional, and positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license required.
- Reliable transportation to and from work.
- Lawn care or landscaping experience preferred.
- Experience operating commercial lawn equipment.
- Ability to work outdoors in Louisiana heat and varying weather conditions.
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Dependable, punctual, and motivated.
