Weekday shift (8am to 4:30pm). This position will require rotating Saturdays (8am-4:30pm)
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Auction Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling, processing, and assisting customers with their auction purchases. This position requires physical stamina, technical proficiency, and exceptional customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle, push, and pull products weighing over 50 pounds.
- Utilize an iPad/tablet and mini printer to search for, list, and manage auction products accurately.
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail to ensure correct product listings and customer orders.
- Greet customers on pickup days, verify pickup tickets, and assist in pulling products.
- Help load purchased items into customers' vehicles as needed.
- Stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) while performing job duties.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient auction operations.
Qualifications:
- Ability to lift and move 50+ pounds safely.
- Basic computer literacy, including proficiency with tablets and printing devices.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in a warehouse or retail setting is a plus.
