Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team. This role is unique in that you’ll work onsite with employees across various industries, addressing work-related injuries and developing strategies to prevent future incidents. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently, make a direct impact, and help employees recover while staying active at work.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and treat work-related musculoskeletal injuries onsite.
- Design and implement therapy plans to restore movement, improve function, and reduce pain.
- Provide ergonomic assessments and recommendations to minimize risk of injury.
- Educate employees on safe movements, stretching, and strengthening exercises.
- Collaborate with employers and OHS team members to reduce OSHA recordables and workers’ comp claims.
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided and progress made.
Qualifications
- Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Wisconsin (or eligible for licensure).
- Strong interest in occupational health, injury prevention, and workforce wellness.
- Ability to work independently and adapt to different workplace settings.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in an industrial or occupational setting is a plus, but not required.
