Responsibilities
- Take X-rays, intraoral photographs, CBCT scans, and digital impressions
- Document patients’ medical histories, vital signs, and treatment records
- Prepare treatment rooms, assist the dentist during clinical procedures, and sterilize instruments
- Maintain inventory and help ensure that the office remains clean and organized
- Schedule appointments, answer phones, check patients in and out, present treatment plans, discuss financial options, and collect payments
- Assist with digital laboratory workflows, including 3D printing and milling
- Capture photographs and videos for marketing purposes
Qualifications
- Candidates must possess all California-required certifications, including Infection Control, Radiation Safety, and current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 5 years of dental assisting experience is required
- An RDA license or RDAEF certification is a plus
- Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new systems and digital workflows
Pay: $23.00 - $40.00 per hour
