About DealerFlow:
DealerFlow is a BDC (call center) that partners with automotive dealerships to generate
and manage their leads. We focus on helping dealerships increase sales by handling
inbound and outbound lead activity.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
- Handling inbound and outbound customer calls, texts and emails
- Following up with internet leads and previous customer inquires
- Scheduling appointments for dealership sales staff
- Confirming appointments for dealership sales staff
- Updating customer information and notes in the CRM sytem
- Responding to lead inquiries promptyly and professionally
- Following companys scripts, processes, and compliance requirements
- Building rapport with customers and overcoming objections
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent required
● Minimum 1 years of automotive sales experience
● Ability to close and handle objections
● Self-motivated with a results driven mindset
Required:
- Bilingual required spanish/english
Compensation
This is a W2 position with base pay.
● Monthly bonus opportunities available based on performance
This position is an in-person role. You must be available to work in office Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm and will need to be local to Van Alstyne, Texas and able to commute.
