Responsibilities Include:
- Installing, networking, maintaining, diagnosing and repairing office equipment (ie. MFP’s, printers, copiers)
- Professional productive communication with customers, peers and management
- Maintain and manage adequate and accurate trunk inventory
- Complete required administrative tasks in a timely accurate manner
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Recognize opportunities for company growth
Qualifications Include:
- Copier/Printer service experience required
- Basic networking skills
- Excellent customer service and problem solving with a positive attitude
- Ability to self-manage and perform with minimal supervision
- Clean driving record
- Job will require lifting of up to 50 lbs, bending, kneeling, standing, and moving of large objects
