Job Type: Full-Time, On-site, and Traveling Within Chicagoland Region
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Saturdays as needed)
Travel: Required – Must visit office at least three times per month

Position Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Outside Parts and Lubricant Sales Executive to help grow their customer base and expand their market presence in the diesel and heavy-duty truck parts industry.
This role is ideal for a hands-on sales professional who enjoys building long-term relationships, understanding technical products, and achieving measurable results.
You’ll be responsible for prospecting, closing new business, and maintaining customer satisfaction through consistent communication and dependable service.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Contact 15–20 customers daily via phone calls, visits, and emails
- Visit customers regularly to identify new opportunities and secure repeat business
- Record and manage all customer interactions in the company CRM
- Ensure Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable information is kept current
- Follow up with all customers at least three times per month
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed established monthly and annual sales goals
Performance Expectations
- Achieve an average of $75,000 in monthly sales within the first 6–12 months
- Demonstrate measurable territory growth and strong client retention
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified accounts and opportunities
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of B2B experience (preferred if the experience is in diesel, truck parts, or related industry sales)
- Understanding of heavy-duty truck parts and lubricants
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and CRM software
- Strong negotiation, communication, and organization skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
- Ability to travel to customer sites and company office as required
Preferred:
- Experience in diesel, truck parts, auto parts, or related industry sales)
- Excellent time management and follow-up skills
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $52,000 per year
- Guaranteed Commission/Bonus Program (details discussed during interview)
