About the Role
Pressed Cafe is seeking a Catering Delivery Driver / Runner to support our catering operations and ensure orders are delivered accurately and on time. This role plays an important part in extending the Pressed Cafe guest experience beyond the restaurant by delivering and setting up catering orders while providing excellent customer service.
When not out on deliveries, this team member will assist with café operations, helping the team maintain smooth service and preparing catering orders for upcoming deliveries.
This position offers an hourly base rate with tips that typically average an additional $3–5+ per hour, depending on delivery volume and catering orders.
What You’ll Do
- Deliver catering orders safely and on time to customer locations.
- Assist with assembling, organizing, and preparing catering orders before delivery.
- Set up catering orders at delivery locations and ensure presentation meets Pressed Cafe standards.
- Provide friendly, professional service when interacting with catering clients and guests.
- Answer basic questions about menu items and assist guests with their needs.
- Support café operations between deliveries by assisting team members as needed.
- Maintain organization of catering supplies and delivery materials.
- Follow all food safety and handling procedures during transport and setup.
- Communicate clearly with café staff and management to ensure deliveries run smoothly.

- Ability to meet insurance requirements to drive company vehicles.
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate company delivery vans.
- Ability to lift and carry catering orders and supplies as needed.
