JOB DESCRIPTION
N24R is hiring licensed security agents across California and Nevada for on-call, event, corporate, and executive protection assignments.
We operate a professional security dispatch platform connecting vetted agents with immediate coverage opportunities — including last-minute and high-priority shifts. If you hold an active BSIS Guard Card, firearms permit, CCW, or LEOSA/HR218 credentials, we want to hear from you.
Pay: $35–$50/hour depending on assignment type and credentials.
What You'll Do
- Cover security assignments across EP (executive protection), residential security teams (RST), corporate security, and event security
- Work on-call and scheduled shifts in your home market
- Receive shift notifications directly via SMS and platform dispatch
- Represent clients with professionalism — plain clothes and uniformed assignments available

Credentials We Accept (All Levels Welcome)
Entry Level
- Active BSIS Guard Card (required for all California assignments)
Armed — Exposed Carry
- BSIS Guard Card + Exposed Firearms Permit (EFP)
Armed — Concealed Carry
- BSIS Guard Card + CCW Permit
Full Armed
- BSIS Guard Card + CCW + Exposed Firearms Permit
Law Enforcement
- LEOSA / HR218 — Active duty and qualified retired law enforcement officers
- Off-duty LEO welcome
EP / RST Specialists
- Any combination of the above with EP or RST experience
Requirements
- Valid, active BSIS Guard Card (California assignments) or equivalent state license (Nevada)
- Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the US
- Reliable transportation and ability to reach assignment locations
- Professional appearance and conduct
- Smartphone required (shift notifications delivered via app/SMS)
- Must complete N24R onboarding before first shift (takes ~10 minutes)
