QUALIFICATIONS
-
Minimum of 2 years’ Maintenance engineering experience with knowledge of commercial, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems

High school diploma or equivalent with technical school certification
-
General maintenance skills in carpentry, painting, locksmithing, etc.

Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license
-
Proven knowledge of technical terms used in HVAC, plumbing and/or electrical

Strong knowledge of building trade tools and equipment
-
Good verbal communication skills and written communication skills in English and customer service skills
-
Must be a good team player with multi-tasking skills
-
Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Excellent attendance record and willingness to work a flexible schedule which may include after hours and/or on-call duties

Salary to be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, and/or experience of the applicant, as well as the internal equity and alignment with the team.
For Massachusetts this ranges from $21.00 - $27.00 per hour plus benefits and retirement program.
