Neighborhood Outreach Canvasser (Temporary)
Serenity Heights Development – Milton, MA
Pay: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Flexible (10–20 hours/week for 1–2 weeks, with potential for additional work)
About the Opportunity
Serenity Heights is a modern residential development planned for Milton, Massachusetts. We are seeking an energetic, personable, and professional individual to assist with neighborhood outreach by visiting nearby residents, introducing the project, distributing informational materials, and documenting community feedback.
This is an excellent opportunity for college students, recent graduates, aspiring real estate professionals, marketing majors, communications students, or anyone who enjoys engaging with people in a professional setting.
Responsibilities
- Walk designated neighborhoods in Milton.
- Introduce the Serenity Heights project to residents in a courteous and respectful manner.
- Distribute professionally prepared informational flyers.
- Answer basic questions using provided materials.
- Invite interested neighbors to voluntarily sign a letter of support or share feedback.
- Record questions and concerns raised by residents.
- Maintain a positive and professional representation of the project.
Qualifications
- Friendly, outgoing, and confident communicator.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Comfortable walking several hours each day.
- Reliable transportation to Milton is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous customer service, sales, marketing, or canvassing experience is a plus, but not required.
