Position Overview:
We are currently hiring full-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)/Personal Care Assistants to work with adults in our Supported Living Group Homes. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of others while working with a supportive and mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities such as personal hygiene, cooking, and transportation
- Promote community integration and meaningful engagement
- Follow individualized service plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Foster a safe, respectful, and empowering environment
Qualifications:
- Prior experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but we will train the right person!
- Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor
- Must be able to pass background and reference checks
- Valid driver’s license is a plus
