About DC Maintenance L.L.C.
DC Maintenance L.L.C. is a growing New Jersey-based trucking and construction support company providing hauling services for paving, milling, quarry operations, and commercial construction projects. We are looking for dependable, experienced drivers who take pride in safety, professionalism, and quality work.
Compensation
- $25.00–$35.00 per hour based on experience, driving record, background validation, and overall qualifications.
- Weekly pay every Friday.
- One-week payroll hold. Your first paycheck will be issued approximately 10 days after your start date. After that, you will be paid every Friday.
- Day and night work available.
- Independent Contractor (1099) position.
- No benefits are offered at this time.
Required Qualifications
- Valid CDL Class B License.
- Current DOT Medical Card.
- Milling and paving experience is REQUIRED.
- Experience operating a 10-speed manual transmission is REQUIRED.
- Clean driving record preferred (no moving violations within the past 3 years).
- Ability to pass a background check and employment verification.
- Reliable transportation to and from the truck location. (Monmouth Junction, NJ 08852)
- Must have a working cell phone for communication with dispatch and management.
- Minimum of 2 years of commercial driving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a tri-axle dump truck with a 10-speed manual transmission.
- Haul asphalt, millings, stone, sand, dirt, and aggregate.
- Support paving, milling, quarry, and construction operations.
- Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- Maintain DOT logs and required paperwork.
- Keep equipment clean and report maintenance issues promptly.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures.
- Communicate professionally with dispatch, supervisors, and customers.
