What You’ll Do (And How You’ll Succeed)
This role is about doing excellent work — not being perfect on day one.
You’ll succeed here by:
- Preparing treatment rooms efficiently and maintaining strict sterilization standards
- Providing smooth, anticipatory chairside assistance
- Taking high-quality x-rays safely and compliantly
- Supporting patients with empathy, reassurance, and clear communication
- Keeping clinical documentation accurate and completed daily
- Helping ensure supplies are stocked and rooms stay organized
- Participating in team huddles and contributing positively to our culture
You’ll perform all duties within the scope of a Certified Dental Assistant, with systems and support to help you succeed.

- CDA certified (or actively pursuing certification)
- Organized, reliable, and patient-focused
- Comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment
- Willing to learn and grow with the practice
