American Traveler is hiring a Labor and Delivery RN for a night shift position requiring active MA RN licensure and Fetal Heart Monitoring certification.
-
Work in the OB/GYN unit providing care for antepartum, labor and delivery, postpartum, and gynecological patients
-
Care includes patients undergoing vaginal and Cesarean-section births along with their newborns
-
13-week assignment on night shift, 7p-7a
-
Three 12-hour shifts per week with every other weekend required
-
May consider 48 hours per week

Postpartum RNs will also be considered in place of L&D experience

Uses Epic charting system
-
Active MA RN license required (no conditional or pending licenses accepted)

BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required (AHA only)

Fetal Heart Monitoring certification required (AWHONN or NCC, with 2-year renewal)

Ability to interact effectively with adult patients across varying intellectual and physical abilities

Flu vaccine required with no religious or medical exemptions allowed

Provide family-centered nursing care across the childbirth continuum, including antepartum, labor, delivery, postpartum, and gynecological patients

Local candidates residing within 60 miles of Boston are accepted at a reduced rate
