As a Server, you are responsible for creating a welcoming, memorable, and genuine experience for every guest who walks through our doors. Great service goes beyond taking orders it is about hospitality, teamwork, awareness, and taking pride in the restaurant as a whole.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Provide genuine, attentive, and knowledgeable hospitality to every guest.
- Confidently guide guests through our food and beverage menus using strong menu knowledge and suggestive selling.
- Accurately take and enter orders while communicating effectively with the kitchen, bar, and management team.
- Maintain a full hands in, full hands out mentality by running food, drinks, pre-bussing, and supporting the entire dining room.
- Complete all opening, running, and closing side work while maintaining clean and organized service areas.
- Remain positive, composed, and hospitality-focused in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Communicate professionally, accept coaching, and continuously work toward improvement.
- Take ownership of the guest experience and follow all restaurant, service, and food safety standards.
Requirements & Qualifications
- 2+ years of serving experience preferred.
- High-volume, fast-paced restaurant experience strongly preferred.
- A serious team-first mentality is required.
- Hospitality-driven with a genuine care for guests and their experience.
- Reliable, punctual, coachable, and able to communicate professionally.
- Strong sense of urgency, organization, and dining room awareness.
- Knowledge of suggestive selling and upselling techniques.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 50 lbs.
