Laborer – Asphalt Paving
A local construction and paving contractor based in the Flathead Valley is seeking Laborers. They specialize in asphalt paving, grading, and site development services for residential, commercial, and municipal projects. Known for delivering reliable results and high-quality workmanship, the company operates with a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and teamwork. Prior paving or construction experience is helpful but not required, training is available for motivated candidates who demonstrate a strong work ethic, reliability, and a positive attitude.

Essential Functions and Duties:
- Assist with asphalt paving, grading, excavation, and general site preparation
- Rake, shovel, and perform hands-on support during paving operations
- Load, unload, move, and stage materials, tools, and equipment as needed
- Support equipment operators and crew members to keep projects running efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times
- Follow safety procedures and work collaboratively to complete projects on schedule and to quality standards
Qualifications:
- Previous paving, construction, excavation, or general labor experience preferred
- Ability to perform physically demanding work and lift up to 75 pounds
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to follow directions, work safely, and function well as part of a team
- Strong work ethic, dependability, positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
