We are looking for a fully remote experienced Georgia probate paralegal with strong writing and organizational skills. Strong attention to detail is a must. Ideal candidate must have at least 7 years of recent experience handling GA probate matters from start to finish. Estate planning exerience is also a huge plus. This position is part-time 10-30 hours per week with the option to become full-time. Candidate must reside in Georgia. Please do apply if you do not currently reside in Georgia.
We are looking for candidates who are tech savvy and able to pick up new software quickly.
- Experience in multiple states/jurisdictions/practice areas is also huge plus.
- Must be dependable, a self-starter, organized, and able to jump in right away to work on projects.
- We also need paralegals who know how to handle multiple projects and personalities at once.
- While we can train on systems and software, we do not have time to train on estate planning basics.
- Experience with estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships also highly preferred.
