National civil RICO/fraud litigation law firm seeks an Associate Attorney with at least one year of litigation experience. This position has an option to be predominantly remote (only occasional days in the office will be required). Duties include conducting investigations, overseeing discovery, and performing research and writing in furtherance of complex RICO and fraud litigation. Candidate must have excellent writing skills, be detail-oriented, have excellent time management and organizational skills, and the ideal candidate will have experience handling large-scale litigation.
