Job Summary: The RRT Investigator is responsible for conducting comprehensive investigations to determine liability in personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases. This role involves gathering and preserving evidence, documenting accident scenes, conducting witness interviews, analyzing investigative findings, and providing detailed reports to attorneys and case management teams.
In addition to investigative responsibilities, this position will provide support for basic office operations within the Philadelphia office, including supply management, vendor coordination, and fleet maintenance oversight.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills and be capable of working independently in both field and office environments.
Key Responsibilities:
RRT Investigation Duties

Coordinate investigations, including gathering and preserving evidence and reviewing documentation

Analyze data and build compelling case files to support legal proceedings and insurance claims

Provide recommendations to attorney’s and senior management on the investigation findings and potential outcomes

Collaborate closely with internal teams, including members from Pre-Litigation and Litigation to ensure that investigations are thorough and conclusive

Work with external partners, including law enforcement agencies and other experts, to gather information and evidence

Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices in investigation.
Facilities & Office Management Duties

Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate ordering and restocking as needed.

Assist with vendor coordination and service requests for the Philadelphia office.

Coordinate basic office maintenance requests and communicate with property management when needed.

Assist with fleet maintenance scheduling, vehicle servicing, and registration renewals.

Support office setup, organization, and day-to-day operational needs.

Maintain office equipment and coordinate repairs when necessary.
Education Requirements:
Relevant investigative, project management, facilities management, or operational experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Physical Requirements:

May be required to work overtime, evenings, and weekends as needed.

Effectively handle a work environment and conditions which involve work outside during harsh weather conditions, prominent levels of public contact, and hazards associated with working near and in traffic

Maintain physical condition appropriate to the performance of assigned duties and responsibilities, including standing or sitting for extended periods of time, kneeling, squatting, and/or stooping, operating assigned equipment.

- Stationary Position – Must be able to remain in a stationary position up to 50% of the time.

Move or Traverse – This position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, meeting rooms, office machinery, etc. May occasionally ascends/descends the stairs to get to other floors, cafeteria and parking area.

Dexterity – constantly operates a computer and other office machinery such as a copy machine/printer.
