What We Offer
- Competitive Salary: $85,000–$95,000 annually, based on experience

What You'll Do
As a BCBA at Affinity Autism Services, you'll play a key role in helping individuals and families achieve meaningful outcomes by:
- Conducting assessments, including VB-MAPP and other clinically appropriate evaluations
- Developing individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies
- Completing Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Support Plans (BSPs)
- Supervising, mentoring, and training Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
- Providing caregiver and family training
- Collaborating with schools, providers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintaining BACB ethical standards and implementing evidence-based practices
