Summary
Supervises and coordinate activities to support technical aspect of new businesses, production flow including production test and associated test gears for In-circuit/functional tested by performing the following duties:
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Includes the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Supervise, oversee engineers &/or direct drive Functional Test
· Customer requirement assessment
· Evaluate, assess & initiate functional test readiness
· Sustain functional test for production - OTD
· Improve functional test by automation
· Develop & manage functional test
Structure test – ICT/MDA and flying probe
· Customer requirement assessment
· Develop & manage structure test - program and fixture
· Sustain structure test for production – OTD
· Improve on structure test
Test gear design development
· Develop & manage test gear mechanical design
· Develop & manage test circuit design
· Develop & manage test software design
· Develop & manage test firmware design
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Directly supervises employees in the test department.
· Oversees the department’s activities and projects
· Evaluate and research test related technology including testers and testing methods.
· Conducts department meetings
· Generates KPI, status & trigger reports
· Sets up and update department procedure, flow, guidelines
· Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include:
· Interviewing, hiring, and training employees.
· Planning, assigning, and directing work.
Appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Education
Fifth year college or university program certificate.
Experience 12+ years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination or education and experience.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
