WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
This position is responsible for assisting the property manager in the overall operations of the community. Must be able to manage rent collection, delinquency reporting, and basic budgeting. Strong time management, organizational, attention to detail, and verbal and written communication skills required. Excellent customer service skills, a collaborative team approach, and experience supporting daily community operations, including leasing, renewals, resident concerns, project coordination, and knowledge of landlord-tenant regulations. Experience with Yardi preferred.

Requirements:
- Graduation from The Southern Difference Institute or equivalent combination of
- education and property management experience
- Three years of experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or real estate
