Groundskeeping and Maintenance Leader
Responsibilities:
· Groundskeeping
· Filling propane tanks
· Feeding animals
· Pool upkeep
· General park maintenance and improvement projects
The ideal candidate should be handy with electrical, sewer, and plumbing systems. You will also be responsible for maintaining all park-owned equipment.
The perfect candidate will be respectful, honest, dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, resourceful and possess strong integrity and a solid work ethic. A well-kept appearance, positive attitude, and good communication skills are essential. Carpentry and light construction experience are a plus.
As a member of our team, you will represent our park and should take pride in its appearance. You will help ensure every guest enjoys a five-star experience while maintaining professional relationships with coworkers and guests.
This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position that includes, at a minimum, every other Saturday. You may also be required to respond after hours if situations arise that need immediate attention.
A background check will be conducted for candidates who advance beyond the interview stage. If there are any skeletons in your closet, we encourage you to be upfront and honest from the beginning.
Workampers are welcome! Compensation will be adjusted to offset the cost of your site and utilities.
Pay: $15.00 per hour
